We at Ductless Mart use Freight Shipments via Day & Ross to provide the best delivery services available for our customers. Freight Shipments are the best option for larger ductless air conditioners. To keeps our prices low, now we offer free shipping all across Canada. We ensure that your brand new ductless unit is delivered to your door as soon as possible.

How Long are the Shipping Times?

Our warehouse is located in Concord, Ontario. All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after receiving payments. Please note, that shipping times vary depending on your location. We will email you the tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your order and know exactly when it will arrive.

Damaged Goods

Despite the best care, accidents happen. Please note that shipping insurance is included on all orders. You must process your claim for damage directly with Day & Ross. We are not an insurer against shipping damage. However, we will help you to submit your claim to the carrier. Minor scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damages that do not compromise the operation of the unit are excluded under the terms of any optional shipping insurance. Please inspect all your equipment carefully. this means removing all box covers and inspecting for any damage that may have occured during shipping.

Return and Exchange Policy

Unopened boxes may be returned within 5 business days for a full refund less a 25% restocking fee and the associated shipping costs, following an inspection.
